Copyright notice and counter-notice submission process.

1. Designated Contact

For DMCA notices and counter-notices, email info@pictrix.ai or submit requests through our contact page and include "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.

2. Required Elements for a DMCA Notice

A valid notice should include:

  • Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing.
  • Contact details for the complaining party.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
  • A perjury statement that the notice is accurate and authorized.

3. Response Workflow

After receiving a facially valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material, notify the affected account, and keep records necessary for compliance.

4. Counter-Notice Requirements

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your counter-notice should include:

  • Your signature.
  • Identification of removed/disabled material and prior location.
  • Good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
  • Jurisdiction and service-of-process consent as required by the DMCA.

5. Repeat Infringement

PicTrix.ai may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and may take additional enforcement action consistent with applicable law.

6. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Revised versions become effective when posted on this page.
