2. Required Elements for a DMCA Notice
A valid notice should include:
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing.
- Contact details for the complaining party.
- A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
- A perjury statement that the notice is accurate and authorized.
3. Response Workflow
After receiving a facially valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material, notify the affected account, and keep records necessary for compliance.
4. Counter-Notice Requirements
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your counter-notice should include:
- Your signature.
- Identification of removed/disabled material and prior location.
- Good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
- Jurisdiction and service-of-process consent as required by the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringement
PicTrix.ai may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and may take additional enforcement action consistent with applicable law.
