Generate an SVG as a New Year holiday greeting card illustration. Clean minimalist style. White background. Draw a single firework burst outline centered — 8 radiating long lines and 8 shorter lines alternating, from a central point — stroke in gold (#D97706, stroke-width 1.3). Add a minimal clock circle outline below — ring with 12 tick marks — in warm gray (#6B7280, stroke-width 1). Five small dot shapes in #E5E7EB scattered. No text, no labels, no emoji. Output raw SVG code only starting with <svg.

The image shows a clock with yellow rays radiating outwards from the center, set against a white background. The clock has a black face with white numbers and hands, and the rays are a bright yellow color.
