Within the dim engine room of a submarine, a Storm Sorcerer stands before a weathered workbench, cloak billowing with static runes that crackle along cobalt seams. Lead ingots on the iron table soften as a whorl of blue-white lightning threads through the air, guiding molten gold from a crucible into sculpted forms. A small coin-bloom spills from a spiral mold, gold catching the Arctic midnight sun pouring through a narrow porthole, painting the steel walls in pale frost and warm metal reflections. Copper piping, brass gauges, and riveted panels rise like a cathedral of industry, height emphasizing the vertical frame. The sorcerer’s hands glow, fingers tracing a transmutation sigil; the sea-dark interior hums with pressure and windless storm, waterline reflections dancing along the hull. Gold pools gleam on a slate-gray tray, while shards of gold dust drift in a suspended glow, depth and atmosphere layering down toward the submarine’s bow

The image shows a man in a black robe standing in front of a table with a pot of gold on it. On the table there are coins and other objects, and in the background there is a wall with pipes and a clock. The man appears to be a wizard, as indicated by the title of the illustration, "The Wizard of Oz".
